They say that "there is no such thing as a stupid question". Here at PLUS we can assure this is not the case-we have had some absolute beauties. For example... Does the private ensuite have a bathroom? Can we please book 1 male into a PLUS Girls room? And our favourite.... How many beds in a 3-bed dorm?  

So please, we ask you to obey the following rules before sending a message:

Please let us know EXACTLY WHICH PROPERTY you are interested in when writing, we have 11 properties to choose from and some cities have more than one property.

Please don't ask whether there is availability unless you have  tried to book online first and the dates you have inserted say that there isn't anything available.

Please read the "getting there" section on each page for directions. If there is something that you find unclear please let us know and we will sort it out immediately.
