To cancel your booking you must inform the specific hostel directly at least 24 hours before your ETA. If you do not inform us within 24 hours of your arrival we will have to deduct the first nights stay from each guest booked.

All airport shuttle busses must be booked in advance with your booking reference number, flight number and arrival time, number of passengers. Please send this information to info@plushostels.com*.
