How to get here

By plane

FROM FLORENCE AIRPORT:
It is the smaller of the two airports. Located close to the city, just 5 km away, it operates only domestic Italian flights and a limited number of European airlines.
The fastest way to reach us is by Tramvia (Peretola stop); after 12 stops (Unità stop), get off and continue along Piazza dell’Unità Italiana, turn right into Largo Fratelli Alinari, continue along Via Nazionale, go straight through Piazza dell’Indipendenza and into Via Santa Caterina d’Alessandria; you will find us at numbers 13–17 on the left-hand side.
You can also reach Plus Florence by taxi, bus, or by using the Vola in Bus service (every 30 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.).

FROM PISA AIRPORT BY BUS:
There are a number of bus companies offering transfers to Florence – you’ll find them in the arrivals hall. Try to find a bus that takes you to the main station and then follow the directions above.

FROM PISA AIRPORT BY TRAIN:
Take the “Pisa Mover” shuttle from the airport to Pisa’s main train station (€ 2.70 one-way); from there, you can catch a train to Florence’s Santa Maria Novella station (€ 8.60 one-way) and then follow the directions above.

By bus

From the bus station exit in Piazzale Montelungo, walk towards Viale Filippo Strozzi and turn left onto the avenue. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Bambini di Beslan, then turn right onto Via della Fortezza. Keep walking until you reach Piazza dell'Indipendenza, cross it, and take Via Nazionale. Walk straight ahead and turn left onto Via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria; you’ll find us at numbers 13-17 on the left.

By train

As you exit Santa Maria Novella through the exit next to the pharmacy and exchange bureau, cross at the traffic lights and turn right. Walk towards the McDonald's; turn left at that street with McDonald's on the corner, Largo Fratelli Alinari. Continue up Via Nazionale, straight on up Piazza Indipendenza onto Via di Santa Caterina d'Alessandria; we're numbers 13-17 on the left-hand side. The hostel is 900m from Firenze SMN station.

By Tram

If you arrive by tram Line T1 (from Villa Costanza/Careggi) or Line T2 (from Peretola Airport), get off at the Unità or Valfonda - SMN Station stop.
